NEO Mono 30G 18mm/30mm (x20) — the odd size in the mono range

NEO Mono is a smooth single-filament PDO thread, used in fans and grids to firm and tighten rather than to volumise or lift. Note the sizing: 18mm/30mm is unique in the NEO mono range and sits between the short 12mm/16mm and the standard 25.4mm/30mm — useful if you find the standard mid length slightly too long for an area. Pack of 20.

Choosing a mono thread

Finer gauge and shorter length for delicate and superficial work; wider gauge and longer length for larger areas. Shorter: 31G 12mm/16mm. 30G 18mm/30mm (this one). Longer or wider: 30G 25.4mm/30mm, 31G 25.4mm/30mm, 29G 25.4mm/30mm, 30G 38mm/50mm, 27G 38mm/50mm.
