27g JBP (24 x 50mm) is the finest — superficial placement and delicate areas such as tear trough.

25g JBP (24 x 50mm) is the general-purpose gauge, suited to most mid-face and lip work.

22g JBP (24 x 50mm) is the heaviest, for thicker products and deeper structural placement.

Cannulas reduce the number of entry points and are generally chosen where bruising and vessel risk matter more than precision of a sharp tip.
