Neo Cog Cannula 18G (Pack of 20)

Neo Cog Cannula 18G (x20) — the heaviest lifting thread

Cog threads are barbed: the barbs grip tissue and hold it in a new position, which is what makes them lifting threads rather than firming or volumising ones. At 18G this is the heaviest cog in the Neo range and the most expensive — for jawline, mid-face and neck lifting where you need the thread to carry real tissue weight. Blunt cannula tip. Pack of 20.

Specification

• Type: PDO cog (barbed) thread, blunt cannula tip
• Gauge: 18G — the heaviest cog in the Neo range
• Blunt tip — needs a separate entry point
• Sterile, single use · pack of 20

Choosing a cog

18G cannula — the heaviest, for the most lift (this one). 19G / 100mm sharp tip is the longest, and sharp-tipped so it makes its own entry. 21G x 90mm cannula is lighter and the lowest-cost cog. 23G x 90mm thread is the finest.

Cog, screw or mono

Cogs lift. NEO Screw threads volumise and support. NEO Mono threads firm and tighten. Many protocols combine them — cogs for the lift, monos for the skin quality around it. Full range on the threads collection.
