What UK Clinics Are Buying: FillerFace Q3 2026 Order Data

|Derma Supply UK Ltd
Aesthetic clinic vials and ampoules laid out in rows — what UK clinics are buying, Q3 2026

Every quarter from now on we will publish what UK clinics are actually ordering from FillerFace: not sales figures, but shares. Which categories, which brands, which products, and what a clinic basket looks like. It is the view a supplier has and a single clinic does not. This is the first one, covering July to September 2026, from every paid order in the quarter.

The five things that stand out

  • Dermal fillers are 45% of everything clinics order by unit. Skin boosters and polynucleotides together are another 34%.
  • Regenerative products are half of what clinics spend. Skin boosters, polynucleotides and exosomes were 36% of units but 50% of product spend.
  • Hi,NMN PN 4% is the single most-ordered product on the site — 5.3% of every unit sold in the quarter.
  • Korean-made HA fillers are 94% of filler units. Lumifil, Aessoa, Neuramis and Regenovue lead.
  • Baskets are wide: one order in four spans two or more categories, and the average order carries 3.1 units across 1.7 products.

What clinics ordered, by category

Category Share of units Share of spend
Dermal fillers 44.7% 30.4%
Skin boosters 19.3% 25.1%
Polynucleotides 14.9% 22.2%
Consumables 9.2% 4.0%
Mesotherapy 3.7% 3.9%
Peels 1.8% 3.9%
Exosomes 1.7% 2.6%
Fat dissolvers 1.5% 2.4%
PDO threads 1.1% 0.8%
Biostimulators (PLLA) 0.7% 2.0%
LED masks 0.3% 2.6%

Units tell you what is on the shelf; spend tells you where the money goes. A polynucleotide vial is worth several filler units, which is why the regenerative categories carry half the spend on a third of the units.

Fillers: Korean lines, bought one at a time

Korean-made hyaluronic acid fillers were 94% of filler units. That is the shape of UK practice: most clinics run one or two Korean ranges across the face and keep a premium European line — Teosyal, Juvederm, Belotero, Stylage, Restylane — for specific indications.

Lumifil is the largest filler brand on the site at 9.5% of all units, with L-Max and L-Kiss each at 4.3% of everything sold. Aessoa is next at 5.0% — Deep, Ultra and Global all in the top 20 products — then Neuramis at 4.5% on Volume and Deep. Regenovue Deep Plus takes 3% of all units on its own, and Revolax, Flawless and Kairax complete the core Korean set.

86% of filler units were bought as single units rather than multipacks. Clinics are buying to the week's bookings, not to a shelf, which is what next-day delivery lets them do.

Boosters and polynucleotides: the Hi,NMN quarter

Skin boosters were 19.3% of units and 25.1% of spend; polynucleotides 14.9% of units and 22.2% of spend. The product behind both numbers is Hi,NMN PN 4%: 5.3% of every unit sold, the most-ordered product on the site. Profhilo follows at 3.8% of all units, Lumi Pro at 4% across its range, and Hyaron sits in the top 15 products.

The under-eye is its own market inside this one. Eye-specific products — Ami Eyes, Lumi Eyes, Plinest Eye, Lumi Pro Eye Booster, Nucleofill Soft Plus Eyes — were 9% of all units in the quarter.

On the rise this quarter

  • Hi,NMN PN 4% — from a strong launch to the most-ordered product on the site.
  • Aessoa — the quarter's climber among fillers, now the second-largest filler brand.
  • Neuramis and Lumifil — both grew their share of filler units.
  • Profhilo and Hyaron — both up on the booster side.
  • Fat dissolvers and PDO threads — small categories, both growing, with the fat dissolver guide and the PDO threads guide covering what to buy.

The specialist categories

  • Mesotherapy is led by Lumi Meso, which takes three-quarters of the category's units, with Dermaheal and Dermaqual behind it.
  • Peels punch above their unit share: 1.8% of units, 3.9% of spend, with BioRePeel and PRX-T33 the lead products.
  • Exosomes are 2.6% of spend, led by Exoblanc serums and Hyalmass Aqua Exosome, with Atlantis for hair; most clinics run them alongside microneedling. The exosomes buying guide covers the range.
  • LED masks are 0.3% of units but 2.6% of spend: a steady run of Omnilux devices, each worth a tray of filler.
  • Consumables are in 17% of orders — clinics topping up gloves and cannulas with their product order rather than from a separate supplier.

What a clinic basket looks like

  • 3.1 units per order, across 1.7 different products.
  • 26% of orders span two or more categories: the filler-plus-booster order is the norm.
  • 17% of orders include a multi-buy deal from the bulk buy page.

When clinics order

54% of orders are placed between 9am and 5pm, 32% in the evening, 5% between 11pm and 6am. One order in five is placed at the weekend. The busiest hours are 11am to 2pm, and Wednesday is the busiest day. 60% of orders arrive before our 4pm cut-off for next-day delivery — if you want it tomorrow, order before four.

How this was measured

Every paid order on fillerface.co.uk from 1 July to 30 September 2026. Shares of units count each item ordered; shares of spend are the product value of those items. Each product is counted in one category. Cancelled orders are excluded. We publish shares, not totals, and we will run the same cut every quarter.
