Exosomes are the newest category on most UK treatment menus and the hardest to compare: the products range from £14.99 to £310 a pack, come as powders, kits and serums, and the labels don't always say what's inside. FillerFace holds the main lines in UK stock — ASCE+, Exocean, Exoblanc, Ameela, Hyalmass, Atlantis and Richesse. This guide sorts them by what they're for and what they cost, with every product linked so you can check packs and prices as you go.
Prices are correct at the time of writing. Exosomes are usually run alongside microneedling and in the same protocols as polynucleotides and skin boosters; those guides cover the rest of the regenerative menu.
What exosomes are
Exosomes are tiny vesicles released by cells to carry signals — growth factors, proteins, genetic material — between them. In aesthetics they're used to support the skin's own repair and regeneration, most often applied straight after a microneedling or resurfacing step while the skin is receptive. Commercial products are derived from a range of sources (plant, marine and stem-cell culture), and the content figure on the label — where there is one — is the only like-for-like way to compare them.
The three formats
- Lyophilised powder with solution — reconstituted at the point of treatment. ASCE+ HRLV (20mg), the ASCE+ Derma Signal Kit and Exocean (50mg). The premium end, and the ones with a stated content.
- Ready serum vials — Exoblanc COS, Ameela Exosomes, Richesse EXO19. Open and use; sold as singles and 6-packs.
- Multi-unit boxes for volume work — Hyalmass Aqua Exosome (10x 2.5ml) for face protocols at scale and Atlantis Hair Exosomes (10x 5ml) for the scalp.

The ranges, brand by brand
ASCE+
The best-known name in the category and the one patients research before they book. ASCE+ Exosome HRLV (1x 20mg) £129.99 and the ASCE+ Derma Signal Kit SRLV (20mg/5ml) £129.99, which comes with its solution. The ASCE collection is here.
Exocean
Marine-derived, with a stated 50mg per vial — the figure that makes it comparable across brands. Single vial with 5ml solution £55.99; 5-vial box £310. The Exocean range is here.
Exoblanc COS
The volume serum line, and the one most clinics start with: four 4ml serums at £17.99–£18.99 a single and £84.99–£90 a 6-pack. EXO is the core exosome serum; PN adds polynucleotide; CR is the repair formula; BR (6x 3ml £90) and White Bloom (£19.99) are the brightening options. PDRN face masks (5 sheets £20.99) for aftercare. The full Exoblanc range is here.
Ameela, Richesse and Hyalmass
- Ameela Exosomes (1x 3ml) £73.99 — mid-range, from the Ameela polynucleotide family.
- Richesse EXO19 (1x 2.2ml) £39.99.
- Hyalmass Aqua Exosome (10x 2.5ml) £69.99 — hydration-and-exosome booster, £7 a unit in the box, the lowest cost per treatment of any exosome product we stock. Singles £14.99 on the Hyalmass page.
Atlantis — hair
Atlantis Hair Exosomes (10x 5ml) £85.99 is the scalp product, used in hair restoration protocols rather than facial work. The Atlantis range is here.
The whole category is on the exosomes page, with live stock.
How to compare exosome products
- Stated content. ASCE+ (20mg) and Exocean (50mg) state it; most serums don't. Where there's no figure, judge on the brand's track record and your own results.
- Format and waste. A lyophilised vial is reconstituted and used once; a 10x box of 2.5ml units wastes nothing on small areas.
- Cost per treatment. From £7 (Hyalmass box) to £130 (ASCE+). Price the treatment to the product, not the other way round.
- Storage. Exosome products are temperature-sensitive. Confirm each product's storage conditions and that your supplier holds and ships cold.
