Shpping Policy

  1. Shipping Services
    • We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for standard deliveries and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for expedited deliveries.
    • We use Fedex for International shipments.
  2. Processing Time
    • Orders are typically processed by 4pm on the day of order placement. Orders placed after 4pm friday, on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery is within 24 hours, and expedited delivery guarantees arrival by 1pm the next working day on orders placed before 4pm.
  4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    • The customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for any local legal and/or regularatory restrictions on the products being shipped; we will not issue refunds for shipments seized or missing due to such restrictions.
  6. Damages and Lost Shipments
    • The customer is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Where possible, we will assist with claims, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds. If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim with the carrier and retain all packaging and photographic evidence.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Product Returns
    • Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and have a manufacturing defect.
    • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    • Refunds are issued only for products with a proven manufacturing defect. Refunds are not issued for products that have been used or opened.
    • Return Processing: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7 days of the approved return.
  3. Reporting Issues
    • To report an issue, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt, providing detailed information and photos, if applicable.
  4. Shipping for Returns
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  5. Exchanges

  6. Order Cancellations
    • Order cancellations are accepted only before the product is shipped.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
